Pathstone Home Services provide a helping hand for safe, independent living in the place you love most - your own home. Our goal is to ensure our customers' satisfaction by helping them live where they want to live.

Did you know therapy services could be received at home? Nursing services are also available, as well as dressing, bathing, housekeeping and shopping services. We also provide transportation and escort services for appointments.

NURSING SERVICES
Case management, IV therapy, RN supervision, Medication management

HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES
Dressing and bathing assistance, walking/exercise programs, check-ins

HOME MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Light housekeeping including laundry, meal preparation, errands.

Helping answer the many questions you may have in finding housing and services for older adults.

APPOINTMENT COMPANION
Pathstone Living's Caregiver Coach will transport and accompany your loved one to appointments and provide a post-appointment consultation to the caregiver.
